General conditions are required to access credit   :

• Have an account open with DIFO S .A. and apply for funding
• Have the ability to repay the loan
• Do not appear on the list of defaulting customers enacted by the Bank of the Republic of Burundi
• Did not have a bad credit history with DIFO SA
